Our purpose

Make configuration visible.

Most vehicle questions have a hidden condition: a model year, body style, trim, drivetrain, package or production date. We organize the publication around those conditions and attach primary sources directly to the answer they support.

The current-market layer covers every 2025–2026 family and gives every retained FuelEconomy.gov vehicle ID its own reference page. The editorial layer adds marketed trim maps and manufacturer evidence without pretending a certification configuration is the same thing as a trim.

For buyers

Understand what changes before paying for it.

Compare equipment and capability at the exact configuration level.

For owners

Find answers tied to the vehicle you actually have.

Keep model years, recalls, maintenance and technology context separate.

For researchers

Follow the evidence instead of trusting a summary.

See sources, applicability and verification dates.
