The 2025 Audi SQ5 comes in a new version with sculpted styling, an updated five-passenger interior and a 362-horsepower 3.0-liter turbo V6, 13 more than the outgoing SQ5, with a seven-speed automatic, standard air suspension and a 14.5-inch screen. What changed on the 2025 Audi SQ5
Car and Driver (opens in a new tab) says the new SQ5 features sculpted exterior styling, an updated five-passenger interior and a more potent 362-hp version of the 3.0-liter turbo V6, 13 more horsepower than the outgoing SQ5, with a seven-speed automatic replacing the eight-speed and standard Quattro all-wheel drive, and that Audi unusually keeps the carried-over SQ5 on sale concurrently, with air suspension optional there in the S Sport package and standard on the new car. U.S. News (opens in a new tab) lists an adaptive air suspension, an 11.9-inch instrument cluster, a 14.5-inch infotainment screen and 20-inch wheels as standard.
Kelley Blue Book (opens in a new tab) lists a starting sticker price of $59,695 and a Fair Purchase Price of $55,900 for the Premium. EPA rates the 2025 SQ5 at 21 to 22 mpg combined and $3,500 to $3,700 a year in fuel.
Recalls and problems owners report
NHTSA lists one recall campaign for the 2025 SQ5, 26V266000, from April 2026, covering driver and front passenger seat belt pretensioners on 2025 Q5, Q5 Sportback, SQ5 and SQ5 Sportback vehicles.
