Second row captain's chairs join the lineup, and the previous motor-count naming scheme for both R1 models is abandoned to make room for a simplified format: the previous Dual-Motor trim is now called Premium, and the Tri-Motor model has been renamed Performance, while the top-dog Quad continues into 2027 without a name change.
